This Thursday, August 24, on Seacoast Currents, in the first hour we will talk with Hal Rafter, who is the Democratic candidate in the September 19 special State Rep election in the Northwood/Nottingham district.  In the second hour, we will hear from Neil Levesque, the Executive Director of the New Hampshire Institute of Politics at St. Anselm College.
