Book the Button Factory Stage

Thank you for your interest in booking a show at the Button Factory Stage! We will reach out to you shortly to confirm the details of your event. If the dates you selected are already full, we will work with you to find an alternative date. Please contact us at booking@wscafm.org with any questions.

To help make everything run smoothly, here are some essential details you should be aware of:

    • Load-In Time: Please plan to arrive for load-in at 6:00 PM. This gives us ample time to get everything set up and ready for your incredible performance.
    • Sound Check Deadline: Sound checks must be completed by 7:00 PM. This ensures that we can fine-tune the audio to perfection before the doors open.
    • Doors Open: Doors open at 7:00 PM to welcome your fans and supporters.
    • Merch Table: We have a table available for you to sell any merchandise you would like. Please ensure anything sold does not discriminate against any group of folks, WSCA doesn’t tolerate yuckiness.
    • Show Start: The show officially kicks off at 8:00 PM, so get ready to rock the Button Factory Stage!
    • Bands Per Bill: We host no more than three bands per bill/night. This allows each band to have a substantial segment of playing time and increases the split at payout.
    • Show End Time: All bands must wrap up their performance by 10:00 PM and exit the station by 10:30 PM. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these times as it allows our volunteers to get a good night’s sleep or head out on the town.
    • Door Split: For the financial side of things, all bands will split the door proceeds. 35% of the proceeds go to WSCA to fund the station, while the remaining 65% goes back to the booking band. The booking band is responsible for dividing the total earnings among the performing bands.
    • Guest Lists: We don’t offer guest lists, but we warmly welcome any donations to support our station.
    • Audience Conduct: We have a strong commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment. Bands are expected to help maintain crowd control and ensure that there is no intense moshing, drunkenness, violence, or discrimination at any time. We have a zero-tolerance policy for language or behavior that discriminates against any group in our community.
    • Venue Safety: Bands play a crucial role in keeping our venue safe and inclusive. If you ever witness anything that could jeopardize the future of WSCA and the Button Factory Stage, please alert our volunteers immediately.
    • No Guarantees: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific audience size or turnout. Our stage serves as a vital source of funding to keep our station open and support community broadcasting.
  • Promotion: WSCA is volunteer-run and committed to helping balance tasks and life. This means that sometimes life comes first and we cannot always guarantee a volunteer can post your event on socials. We try to be transparent that the bands are encouraged to promote their shows to increase attendance for the band’s success.
  • Cost for tickets: Our venue is known for supporting local and emerging artists and our stage is inclusive of our community which means we want to keep our ticket costs affordable. Our event tickets are $10.00. If you prefer to raise the door charge, let’s chat. We want to make it the best for the bands and our event goers.

We sincerely appreciate your interest in performing at WSCA’s Button Factory Stage and your commitment to help us maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Together, we can create unforgettable musical experiences and contribute to the vibrant cultural tapestry of our community.

If you have any questions or need further information, don’t hesitate to reach out. We look forward to the possibility of hosting your band and sharing the magic of live music with our audience.
